I finished doing a sweep of the city and the island. There's no sign of the infestation anywhere around here. It should be safe.

...well. Safe from this, at least. Anyway. My job's done, so, I'm going back to the forest soon. Tsukumo and the rest of you...y'know what to do if you need me again.

[Later at night, at SAI's spirit house, Isabel is sitting alone - technically, she shouldn't really be here, this late past closing. She put her skills as a hunter to less-than-good-use and snuck in. She's not even sure she did a good job, she probably tripped an alarm and someone, somewhere knows she broke in. It doesn't really matter a whole lot to her. Right now, she's just sitting up in a tree somewhere, watching the spirits that make their home there.

Every so often, she quietly sniffs and brings her hand up to her eyes, wiping them clear. Then, she goes back to observing the spirits for a few moments before they start clouding up again.]

(OOC: Alternatively, if your character would have no reason to investigate the spirit house at SAI but you still wanna interact with Isabel through this event part, she can be outside Sakana or in the Domino park as necessary)

*As Isabel sits in the tree and watches the spirits, she may notice the unmistakable sound of a D-Wheel as it pulls up nearby the Spirit House. Soon after, there is the sound of a door opening and closing and footsteps. A flashlight turns on and is swept over the area. As the footsteps get nearer, you hear a very familiar voice.*

Hmmn... maybe one of the spirits tripped the alarm somehow...

[Isabel doesn't pay it much mind until she hears the voice and recognizes it. She silently gulps and pulls herself a little tighter into the tree, so as to not be noticed.]

Hey, isn't that Juu-

[Then she grabs Enzo and pulls him close, snapping a hand over her mouth.]

*Juudai swings around quickly, moving the flashlight over the area. He thought for sure he heard a voice just then...*

[The flashlight shines on Isabel and Enzo. Isabel winces. She tries to conceal herself, but with the light right on her, that's not really possible at this point.

She stares down at Juudai, but doesn't say anything.]

*Juudai just stares up at Isabel when he sees her, also not saying anything at first. After a short while, he finally speaks.*

... You do know you could of asked to see the Spirit House instead of breaking in, right?

[Isabel looks away. When she speaks, her voice is cracking.]

Yeah. Well.

I didn't feel like signing up for the tour.

*At Sakana, while you're hanging outside during the late afternoon, you hear the voice of a young girl. As you look towards the voice, you see Tomoko walking down the street, coming home from school. She has a Baby Tiragon on her head that she's talking to.

Tomoko's grown quite a bit since you last saw her. She's 11 now, just a couple of months off turning 12 and she definintley looks like she's in her 'tween' years. No longer a little kid, but not quite a teenager.*

Hey! It's Tomoko!

[Enzo however, floats off Isabel's shoulder and starts flapping towards Tomoko.]

No. No, I don't wanna talk to - stop - nrrrrrrgh.

[Isabel tries to catch Enzo before he flaps out of her reach, towards Tomoko. She doesn't succeed and just lets out a sigh.]

*Tomoko turns around when she feels that there's something behind her. When she sees who it is, her green eyes light up and a huge beaming smile appears on her face.*

ENZO!!

*With that she opens her arms in offer of giving Enzo the biggest hug ever!*

Hi, Tomoko! [With all six of his little arms, Enzo hugs Tomoko as well. Isabel keeps glowering down at him, but she doesn't really have the heart to stay mad. She knows Enzo wanted to see Tomoko before they left for the forest again, he must've figured this'd be his last chance. Still, she doesn't over.]

Whooooa, you've gotten way bigger! The last time I was here, you were just like, [He holds a hand out.] This big!

Yeah! I'm 11 now! I'm gonna be 12 in a few months!

You've been gone such a long time! I really missed you and Isabel! Is Isabel here too?

...Ummmm. [Enzo suddenly gets quiet - he knows Isabel's not really in a talking mood, so he's not sure what to say. Isabel, meanwhile, lets out a sigh - she knows that guile really isn't Enzo's strong suit.

So, she just drops down out of the tree and lands a short distance away from Tomoko.]

I'm not a zealot. I'm a hunter. It's my job to keep the forest and the Sacred Tree safe and that's important. Distractions aren't something I can afford.
