Based on what Desde and Kiko told me, I got a pretty good profile on this guy going.

Not 100%, but I am relatively certain I am right.

Firstly, I don't think this guy is a 'new' signer.

I think he awoke as a signer before any of us.

Meaning more than a decade ago.

Y'mean before any of you, but, yeah, that's the feeling I got too.

So.

From there, we can draw a couple conclusions.

One, this guy is young. Probably a little past 20 at the oldest. They were a kid when they got this dragon. That's why we never heard of them before. They either were so young Blackfeather stopped them, or more likely, they simply didn't have the agency to get to Domino. Probably either foreign but with Japanese parents, or from somewhere way in the sticks here in Japan.

Two, they have a chip on their shoulder for that exact reason. They know the Dark Gods and the fucking.. that WRGP stuff happened. they have to. And they didn't get to help with either.

Yeah...I think that sounds like it could be what we're dealing with.

Kiko says he's probably the one that fixed AFD.

So it sounds like he's pissed we weren't on that.

He never gets to do his job as a signer, grows up, comes to Domino, we drop the ball, he's pissed and wants to prove himself on people he's considering beneath the roles we were given...

...There's one last thing but it's what I'm least sure about. He said he was the 'heart of the signers' right. Like, not 'I have the heart'. But he called himself the heart.

I think they might be an orphan.

Cause their behavior and that line makes it sound like they consider being a signer the core of their identity.

So they identify that strongly as a signer, never get to act on it, and see us fucking around...

It's not airtight, but...

The problem is I now have no idea what to do.

Even if one of us kicks his ass, it probably won't set him straight.

Right now I'm leaning towards 'infuriate'.
