Enzo's been buggin' me to get new pictures since I'm gonna be sticking around here.
So I got new pictures. Couple'a things.
1) Can I get a headcount on all the Signers here? Also, sorry if I set your arm on fire a couple weeks ago.
2) Haita. Juudai. Need to talk to you.
3) No, you cannot ask about my ears in the pictures. Not even if you're really, really curious.
4) They make any good games in the last three years or is it all just goat simulator and shooter shit.

I... ended up piecing it together, while you were out helping Jean, I think.

It was.

Turns out it was a bit of a dead lead - literally so.

The Barians' world is or was in the midst of this huge-ass realm of chaos called Ettosyleit, or 'The Warp'. Extremely dangerous to all but native inhabitants, the way they tell it, they got kinda decimated by the Astrals - real bad dudes, and things we've taken to calling 'Demons' - which aren't Human or Duel Spirit, something else entirely, that might be even worse than them - one of them's what got Desdemona real messed up.
And the only hope the Barians think they have right now of restoring their world is by gathering the Legendary Numbers, buuuut there's a pretty good chance something Really Bad might happen if they get them all, so we're kind of fighting with them while trying to find another option to help them out. Broadly speaking, we're on fairly good terms with them - but one of them, Caduceus, appears to be working independently for reasons unknown.
Part of trying to help the Barians is research into a spear Van Der Aart and I recovered from the world of the Bujins, which was destroyed shortly afterwards by... something. We don't know. Possible the Astrals, The two of us only just made it out. Ame-no-Nuhoko, the Heavenly Jeweled Spear - it's unfinished, with seven slots for something left open. If we can get the Spear completed, we may not need to fight over the Legendary Numbers, so win-win.
Unfortunately the Bujins are all but extinct, likely due to the Astrals conspiring to corrupt Hirume into Bujinki Amaterasu, who remains alive and was with us for a time, but whose last known location was being hurled into the Warp, possessed by the fragments of international war criminal Number 96 - Dark Mist.

Basically shit's fucked.

She was... really bad, for a while. I don't think a whole lot of people were sure if she was gonna make it.

Anybody get scarred emotionally or mentally?

The Barians... are running out of time, and supplies. Hence the desperate gamble for the Legendary Numbers.
...Yuma and Yuya haven't been doing so hot. They've been kind of the focus of a lot of this. They've been strong but - this whole thing has been pretty hard on them.

What's the score on the Legendary Numbers? How many do you have and how many do the Barians have? How many are left?
no subject
...As for how many, I personally don't know. The best person to ask that would be Yuma - he has control of an airshap that has been our main means of transport and locating the Legendary Numbers.

Still salvageable, then.

I suppose, since Grant being involved is likely obvious, that she's currently operating as something of an independent element - she's working with Yuma and the others, but I don't trust her. She's been cagey and hostile - and we've come to blows about it a couple times. I wouldn't go as far as to say she has her own agenda, but...

I think this is the part where we should meet up to talk about the rest.

You want me to come over there, or you want to meet at the office, or do you want to hit a cafe nearby and grab some coffee? It's practically all I run on, these days.

Event
...right before Isabel opens and enters through the window behind him.]
Re: Event
...Wait, wha- oh, yeah, there's a massive spear propped in the corner of the room right now.
Onni is about halfway up to the door when you enter, stopping.]
...Isabel, please tell me that's you and not, say, some sort of assassin.
Re: Event
Go ahead and answer the door.
Re: Event
[He does so, opening the door up.]
